Named for the poet of the High Sierras, the Joaquin Miller-Crestmont neighborhood is a tranquil, woodsy area in the heights of Oakland. Bordered by one of the only urban second-growth redwood groves in existence, miles of trails, and picnic grounds, the district offers plenty of activity for outdoor lovers.
